The roleThe role provides support directly to the Senior Records Governance Officer and business areas in the management of physical and electronic records including digitisation and disposal and search requests.
The role will also support operational information management tasks in line with the Corporate Information Managements baseline operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Digitisation, archiving and disposal projects for identified corporate records, including regular data inputs/associated data entry to eDRMS (Content Manager).
  • Support to business areas by providing and delivering efficient and effective records management services from the point of capture eDRMS through to the final disposition.
  • Timely and accurate responses to search requests.
  • Assist with data cleansing activities and quality assurance tasks for the eDRMS.
  • Support records management digitisation/migration projects and communicate records management responsibilities and promote the value of information and records to all levels of the business.
  • Support operational information management tasks in line with the Corporate Information Managements baseline operations.
The successful personYou will have:
  • Current knowledge and experience in working in a digital and physical records management environment.
  • Practical experience using Content Manager eDRMS.
  • Knowledge of information management policies and procedures, including the ability to interpret appraisal classes and disposal schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow a project schedule tasks and timelines in the context of an appraisal or disposal activity including updating monitoring tools to track progress status.
